Swiss nymphs are good and will take many fish, but on difficult fish, try the famous Swiss Bernese Nymphs (Berner Nymphe). And when they get really tricky, the Ritz nymphs are still the best choice! |
You want to fish far deeper? Use extra heavy Swiss Tungsten Nymphs!
Heavy Tungsten nymphs are sometimes the only way to get in touch with a fish. It's enough to have a few to prevent a zero day.
A successful combination is heavy tungsten nymphs in combination with smaller Swiss nymphs or Swiss Jura wet flies (on the side arm, approx. 40cm above the tungsten nymph)
